This policy applies to Auto-Lighting.co.uk (Citrade LTD, UK).

Delivery

  • Dispatch time: Orders placed on working days are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders after the cut-off are processed the next business day.
  • Carriers & tracking: We use reputable couriers. Tracking is emailed once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • UK mainland lead time: usually 1–3 working days. Remote areas and islands may take longer.
  • Shipping fees: shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Damaged in transit: if your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Pre-orders / backorders: we’ll email an estimated dispatch date; you may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Returns (40-day right to withdraw)

You may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 40 days from delivery (we extend the statutory 14 days for your benefit).

  • Returns apply to new, unused items in original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.
  • To start a return, email or use the returns form in your account.
  • We’ll reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty/not as described, we cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label.

Faulty or non-conforming items

If your product is faulty or not as described, contact us first. We will troubleshoot and, if confirmed, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please include your order number, a short fault description, and photos/video if possible.
  • For confirmed faults, return shipping is covered by us.

Refunds

  • We issue refunds within 14 days after receiving and checking the returned goods.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
  • No handling or restocking fees for eligible returns.
  • Original delivery charges are refunded where the item is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Contact us within 40 days of delivery. We exchange new, unused items. No admin fees.
